Position Summary
The Hospitality Coordinator is at the forefront of the participants' customer service experience. The Hospitality Coordinator provides participants with above-and-beyond service to ensure that their experience is welcoming. This hybrid hospitality role wears many hats such as Guest Relations Officer, In House Chef, Housekeeping, and Concierge.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet participants upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
- Make guest feel welcome and anticipate needs before they arise
- Assign rooms and escort participants to accommodations, assist with luggage
- Conduct meal planning and shopping
- Prepare meals for participants and staff
- Take an active role in ensuring facility is properly maintained and appropriately used
- Enforce program rules and regulations such as quiet time
- Ensure Program Director and Clinical Director are kept aware of relevant feedback from participants
- Respond in a courteous manner to participant complaints and concerns
- Schedule participant activities such as massage, yoga, or hiking
- Keep common spaces neat, orderly, and stocked with supplies
- Clean facility thoroughly after guest departure, including vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and trash
- Remain within budget and observe budgeting practices
- Run off-site errands such as shopping
- When on duty, this position stays overnight during Intensives in Midway, Utah
Other Requirements
Ability to pass a background check (BCI)
Required Experience
Two years experience in a customer-focused industry required
Education
High School degree required
Equivalent experience will not be accepted in place of required education.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
- Current CPR and Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of hire
- A driver’s license and reliable transportation
