She has come to love working both one-on-one and in groups, and is well suited for the unique work provided at Evoke Intensives.
Strengths
Kate works best in therapeutic settings where there is a mix of education, vulnerability, group process, and spontaneity. She is eager to witness people as they talk through their own experiences and responses as they explore their past and future. She is interested in exploring why we behave the way we do and how we can soften judgement and attempt new behaviors.
Interests
When she’s not working, Kate enjoys hiking, and connecting with nature. She loves the mountains of Utah and traveling to new nature spaces. She values being a present aunt in her family, attending community and civic events, and engaging with her community in SLC.
